A phased programme should still begin with an intended final arrangement so that current work does not constrain later development. Controller capacity, pipe routes, storage, pumping, isolation and future connections may all need planning from the outset.
Delivery on active education and sports sites
Construction planning needs to account for fixtures, term dates, access routes, public areas, existing services and ground conditions. Working areas, plant routes, material preparation and reinstatement responsibilities are agreed before mobilisation.

Bedford School cricket facilities
Independent trade coverage records JK Irrigation as designer and installer of the automated Hunter irrigation system at Bedford School. The project included ACC2 and Centralus control, G-800 TTS and I-25 sprinklers, two 25,000-litre water-storage tanks, Lowara pumping and approximately 2,000 metres of pipework.
Water points and provision for future expansion were also included, showing how controls, storage, pumping and buried services can be planned together.

St Dunstan's College and Sevenoaks School
The checked St Dunstan's College Sports Ground record covers central water storage, a 90 mm distribution backbone and six hand-watering connections. View the St Dunstan's College record.
At Sevenoaks School, JK Irrigation's records show year-on-year improvement work to extend and improve the existing irrigation system. Individual phases will be presented only when the completed scope and imagery have been checked.
Designed for the operating team
A technically capable system must also be understandable and practical. JK Irrigation considers how staff access controls, divide responsibility, isolate areas, find assets and respond to faults. Handover can include system familiarisation, operating information and practical training.
