Technical leadership and project accountability
John Kidson leads technical design, training, industry engagement and business direction. Charlie Osborn oversees project delivery and coordinates the route from agreed scope to completed installation. Dan Martin leads construction activity, with Mark Allard, Danny Hudson and the wider installation team delivering practical engineering and site work.
Logistics that support site delivery
Bill Finch leads logistics and operational support. Materials, machinery and project requirements are coordinated before mobilisation so the installation team can work from a prepared delivery plan. UK Flow Centre strengthens this process through specialist stockholding, materials preparation and technical support.
Owned plant and vehicles
The business operates company-owned specialist plant, utility vehicles and a fleet of service vehicles. This supports installation, maintenance and fault response while reducing reliance on third-party availability for core delivery.
Construction and underground installation
The delivery record includes mole-plough installation, irrigation buildings, equipment bases, footings, new-hole and tee-construction work, grow-in support, borehole infrastructure and site-specific water transfer. This work is coordinated with pumping, storage, pipework, controls and site access rather than treated as disconnected packages.

A team-led business
JK Irrigation began as John Kidson's sole-trader business in 2021 and incorporated in 2023 as the operation grew. Its continuing development is based on wider team capability, clearer operational responsibility and the resources needed to deliver projects consistently.
