Evidence before construction
Water availability, pump performance, pressure, flow, control architecture and buried assets all influence the right response. JK Irrigation can support surveys, audits and practical planning before work starts, or build within an independent consultant's defined specification and responsibilities.
On an operating course, the programme must also account for play, ground conditions, existing services, plant routes, materials, reinstatement and the greenkeeping team. Technical leadership, project oversight, construction, engineering and logistics are allocated across the JK Irrigation team.

Renewing an existing system
Not every course needs complete replacement. Pipework and hydraulic assets may still have value while controls, cable, decoders or field hardware need attention. We investigate the fault, assess wider condition and develop a proportionate programme.
JK Irrigation is systems-led rather than manufacturer-led. Rain Bird, Hunter and Toro equipment is considered according to the site, retained assets and agreed requirements. Records include Rain Bird at Richmond and Blacknest, Hunter at Bedford School, and Toro at Bedford Golf Club and Swinley Forest.

Sprinkler performance depends on source availability, storage, pump duty, filtration, pipe sizing, pressure and field demand working together.
New holes and grow-in work must also align with shaping, drainage, rootzone, turf establishment and the long-term water and control plan. Checked records include The Addington, Cruden Bay, Warley Park and Brocket Hall.

Mid Kent Golf Club
JK Irrigation's checked record covers a new course-wide irrigation system serving the greens, including mole-plough installation. Pipe sizes, sprinkler schedules, controls and measured outcomes remain held until the technical file is checked.
Handover and ongoing support
Depending on scope, handover can include commissioning information, asset records, marked-up drawings, operating guidance and training. A service visit is recorded as attendance only and is not presented as a retained maintenance contract or endorsement.
